Ingalls & Associates provided comprehensive Engineering and Environmental services associated with the dredging of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from two separate existing marine petroleum terminals along the Hudson River. Comprehensive design and permitting tasks included hydrographic surveys, sediment sampling/analysis, wetland delineation and joint permitting with federal and state agencies.
